The  Beach 

Camps Bay is a well-to-do suburb built on the slopes of the Twelve Apostles and overlooking a spacious beach, much used by sunbathers and picnickers.
There is a large tidal pool and surfers find sport in cove (Glen Beach ) on the north side of the Bay.

Did you know that Camps Bay Beach was awarded the blue flag status in 2008 and has the largest white sand beach in the suburb?. There is a life guard station and change rooms on the west end of the beach. There are many beach front cafe's along the beach. In summer you may rent sun loungers and umbrellas right on the beach.

The Apartment is situated close to the 669 m high Lion's Head, this striking sugar loaf-shaped peak is connected by a long body to a rump known as Signal Hill, which overlooks the famous Cape Town Waterfront.

A well trodden pathway spirals to the summit of Lion's Head through sparkling groves of silver trees and lovely spring displays of watsonias, its final stretch up over steep rocks, is facilitated by chains.

The climb is not unduly demanding and the 360 – degree panorama view makes this a unforgettable experience.

There are many restaurants situated along the beach front which are very popular with locals and tourists alike. Among the best you can find Col'Cacchio Pizzeria situated at the centre of the beach upstairs with breathtaking views of the ocean

There are other famous beaches close by such as Bakoven, Oudekraal, Lui Bay, Koel Bay and Glen Beach.
